Dr Anupriya is an award-winning fertility specialist with over 25 years of expertise in managing complex fertility issues and an advanced gynaecological laparoscopic and hysteroscopic surgeon. Beyond her technical skills, she is deeply passionate about women’s healthcare, believing that every woman deserves compassionate, personalised care throughout every stage of their lives.

Dr Anupriya came to Singapore as a trailing spouse and joined the National University Hospital in 2004. In her more than 15 years at NUH she became a sought after IVF specialist and also headed the Division of Benign (non-cancerous) Gynaecology-Minimally Invasive Surgery.

One of the pioneers of fertility preservation in Singapore, she gained international recognition for having successfully performed Asia’s first ovarian tissue cryopreservation and reimplantation in a menopausal cancer patient, resulting in 2 healthy babies. For her contribution to gynaecology, she was honoured with the “Hind Rattan – Jewel of India” award in 2017.

A firm believer in a holistic way of life, Dr Anupriya is passionate about gardening, sustainable living and giving back to society. She was awarded the President’s Volunteerism and Philanthropy Award in October 2020 by the Honorable President of Singapore for her work in helping healthcare and migrant workers during the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Dr Anupriya is married and of her four kids, furbabies Oreo and Pluto are her favourites.

She is fluent in both English and Hindi.

When I'm not working, i love to travel to new destinations with my loved ones. Travel is my happy place, where I can unwind and recharge.

As an IVF nurse over many years I have honed my skills and deepened my passion for supporting women through their fertility journey. I bring both expertise and genuine care to every step of the process and seeing them become parents truly warms my heart.

To relax and rejuvenate after a busy day I love binge-watching sci-fi, horror, or action movies!

I have dedicated myself to helping patients navigate the emotional and clinical journey of their gynecological conditions with unwavering support. I continue to strive to improve clinic efficiency and patient experience

As a devoted mom of three, I’ve learned resilience, patience, and the true meaning of care. These qualities deeply influence my work in healthcare, where I bring empathy and genuine concern for every patient.

Over the years and developed a strong understanding of patient needs, clinical workflows, and the importance of empathetic, efficient care. I take pride in being trusted by patients as their friendly care-coordinator.

In my free time, I love playing with my two cats (Zoro and Nur) their playful energy and unconditional affection bring me joy and calm.

Being a nurse has been a meaningful journey where I’ve had the privilege of making a real difference in people’s lives. I take pride in my work and find deep fulfillment in being there for others during their most vulnerable moments.

Outside of work I’m a big foodie. To balance my indulgence I stay active with gym sessions and badminton. I lift weights not just for strength, but to lift the guilt from that second helping of dessert!

Holistic Gynaecology & Fertility was conceptualised with Dr Anupriya’s belief in integrating sound medical knowledge with a holistic approach to life, nurturing both body and mind.
